Ministry Trips

What an incedible year so far, I have been here and there apart from traveling around the UK I have done the first of the African trips visiting Ghana in February, I went at the invitation of an IFM member here in the UK. The invitation was to go to his home country and minister at several churches. We spent four days in Accra then went to Kumasi for the rest of the trip. It was so good to see God at work as we preached in several churches seeing people set free, healed and delivered. I then went to the USA and Canada in mid April (see itinerary) a trip that saw GOD do some amazing things. We saw miracles deliverance and young people coming into a relationship with Jesus.

The second trip to Africa is in August when it is planned to go to Nigeria. My son in law Daniel is accompanying me on this trip and we are both very excited at the prospect of seeing miracles and signs and wonders happening, this trip again is at the invitation of an IFM member there. We are to conduct two weeks of conferences, speaking and teaching Pastors in the mornings, then to have healing and revival crusades in the evenings. I also propose to meet up with several IFM members from Nigeria. This is a faith venture for both Daniel and myself and is perhaps a step into the unknown, but at this point sense that what I am about to do is in line with HIS purpose (part of the stretching process, yes, that part of walking with God never stops; God taking you deeper and further), where it will lead to I can only say that I’m trusting that God will begin to reveal all.

What I am asking for is for you to pray about the finances and seek God on my behalf and if you have any thoughts on my proposed trips, to please let me know.

But.... for June and I the above trips and being able to serve God as we do would not have been possible without your support both financially and in praying for us. Can we ask that you don’t stop now; plus I suppose it goes without saying, we still need to know God’s blessing and direction as we seek to move forward.

History Makers

History Makers continues to grow, with a few numbers added. No trips have been arranged this year yet but hopefully we will be on the move again later. Haveing said that one of the young ladies has just returned from a three week trip to Canada where she did a short internship.

The rest of the team are very involved at our home church of Penkhull and have taken a number of the services, including Sunday morning. Further meeting are planned. At he end of last year we completed a study series on "What it means to be a Covenant Member of the Body of Christ" an 11 part study. So its now down to the actual History Makers to put into practice what they have learned. We have also done aseries on the "The Names of God" and "What That or They Mean To Us" and are currently studing "Discipleship"

Family News

Not a lot to report at this time but one bit of really exciting news .....well for June and I anyway, June had planned to come with me on some of the ministry trips in 2008 but that will not now happen as our Baby daughter (well not such a baby anymore) told us that she is expecting her first baby in August "wahooooooo" this will be our second grandchild. We already have one, Alicia (Ali) who is now 5 years old. Sooooo the world has ground to a halt for June as she wants to be arround for Lisa and Sam. But hey God is sooooooo good.
