The book is written in a style that advices the reader on how to teach color experimentation to others, rather than instructing the reader herself. It's a great book but as another reviewer mentioned, to get the most out of it, you have to do the colour experiments yourself. For this reason, I'd strongly recommend buying the iPad app rather than (or as well as) the book. The full text is included, but importantly, the experiments are built into the app so you don't have to create your own library of different coloured papers beforehand, you can play about with the example plates provid
